Just after years I actually discovered it worth practicing and studying. Our job as supervisors is to make sure our "individuals" do their tasks. We are told to keep our individuals doing whatever they do in an efficient way. Make sure they concern work on time, leave on time, and perform Leadership Theories effectively. To some managers, this indicates seeing and micro-managing those they supervise. To others, it indicates doing the job themselves to ensure the task gets done correctly. Great supervisors don't do either of those two things. Just recently, someone said this throughout among my workshops, "It's a lot easier to do it myself." The essence of great management is to teach and launch. It takes more time, yes. However, in the long run, it conserves time.
When looking at JFK conspiracy theories you also have to ask yourself why would this list of people, or any list of people, conspire? How would they get together to scheme? Have you ever tried to settle on a restaurant with half a leadership dozen people? What commonality do they have that would permit them to rely on each other? Why would they feel the need to deal with outsiders, individuals unlike themselves? What would they get by cooperation? Why would possible conspirators offer up part of what they desire in order to accomplish some part of the goals of another? Who would be in charge? My experience with simple committees trying to achieve simple things, legal things, getting individuals to interact isn't as simple as you might wish.
There is no one right career course. You will need to sort out on your own what is the most practical route for you. You may consider grad school if you have the means, perseverance, and intellectual curiosity. You may want to leap right in to the task market if you like to get your hands dirty and desire to get best to work.
